1. Our Role as a Platform

SuperAbility Resources operates as a directory platform and marketplace that connects families with service providers. We provide the technology and infrastructure for service providers to create listings, but we are not:

• A service provider ourselves
• An employer or agency representing service providers
• A party to any agreements between users and service providers
• Responsible for the services provided by third-party providers
• An advertiser or promoter of specific services

We are solely a platform host. Service providers are independent businesses and individuals who create their own advertising content.

2. User-Generated Advertising Content

All listings, profiles, descriptions, photos, pricing, service claims, and other advertising materials on SuperAbility Resources are created and posted by individual service providers—not by us.

We Do Not Create or Control:

• Service Descriptions: Written by providers, not reviewed or edited by us
• Pricing Information: Set by providers, subject to change without notice to us
• Photos & Images: Uploaded by providers, not verified by us
• Qualifications & Experience: Self-reported by providers
• Availability: Determined by providers, may not be current
• Service Areas: Claimed by providers, not verified by us
• Success Claims: Made by providers, not substantiated by us

3. What We Are NOT Responsible For

SuperAbility Resources explicitly disclaims responsibility for:

Content Accuracy:

• False, misleading, or inaccurate information in listings
• Outdated information (pricing, availability, contact details)
• Exaggerated or unsubstantiated claims about services or results
• Incorrect credentials or qualifications listed
• Misleading photos or descriptions

Service Quality:

• Quality, safety, or effectiveness of services provided
• Professional competence or conduct of service providers
• Results, outcomes, or success of services
• Customer satisfaction with services received
• Disputes between users and service providers

Legal Compliance:

• Whether service providers are properly licensed or certified
• Compliance with local, state, or federal regulations
• Insurance coverage or bonding status
• Tax reporting or business registration

4. Your Responsibility as a User

It is YOUR responsibility to:

• Verify All Information: Independently confirm credentials, licenses, insurance, and qualifications
• Conduct Due Diligence: Research providers, check references, read reviews, and ask questions
• Request Proof: Ask for copies of licenses, certifications, insurance policies, and other documentation
• Check References: Contact previous clients and verify their experiences
• Review Contracts: Read and understand any agreements before signing
• Protect Yourself: Meet in safe locations, bring others when meeting new providers
• Report Issues: Notify us of fraudulent, misleading, or inappropriate content

Part 2: No Guarantee of Advertising Results

5. No Guarantee of Results

By listing your services on SuperAbility Resources, you acknowledge and agree that:

• We make NO GUARANTEE that you will receive any inquiries, leads, bookings, or clients
• We make NO GUARANTEE about the quality or quantity of leads you may receive
• We make NO GUARANTEE about the conversion rate of inquiries to paying clients
• We make NO GUARANTEE about your revenue, income, or business success
• We make NO GUARANTEE about search placement, visibility, or exposure
• We make NO GUARANTEE about the timeframe for receiving any results

6. What We Provide vs. What We Don't

What We DO Provide:

• A Listing Platform: Technology to create and display your service listing
• Potential Exposure: The opportunity to be discovered by families searching for services
• Search Functionality: Tools for users to find providers based on their criteria
• Verification Services: Optional credential verification (does not guarantee inquiries)
• Profile Features: Ability to showcase your services, photos, and information

What We Do NOT Provide:

• Guaranteed traffic to your listing
• Guaranteed inquiries or leads
• Marketing or promotion of individual listings
• Lead generation services
• Client acquisition guarantees
• Revenue or income guarantees

7. Factors Affecting Your Results

Many factors influence whether you receive inquiries and bookings through our platform. Most of these factors are outside of our control:

While we offer three verification tiers (Standard, Gold, Diamond), purchasing verification does NOT guarantee any results, inquiries, or bookings.

What Verification Provides:

• A verification badge on your profile
• Confirmation of your identity and credentials
• Potentially higher search placement
• Increased trust from families viewing your profile

What Verification Does NOT Provide:

• Guaranteed inquiries or leads
• Guaranteed bookings or clients
• Guaranteed traffic to your listing
• Guaranteed revenue or income

9. No Income or Earnings Guarantee

SuperAbility Resources makes NO GUARANTEE regarding:

• How much money you will earn from clients found through our platform
• Whether you will earn any money at all
• Return on investment (ROI) for verification or listing fees
• Number of paying clients you will obtain
• Total revenue or income from your services

10. Testimonials & Success Stories

If we share testimonials, case studies, or success stories from service providers:

• These are NOT representative of typical results
• Success stories represent exceptional cases, not average outcomes
• Individual results vary widely based on many factors
• Past performance is not indicative of future results
• Your results may be significantly different (better or worse)

General Provisions

11. Content Moderation

While we are not responsible for user-generated content, we do make reasonable efforts to maintain platform integrity by reviewing reported listings and removing content that clearly violates our policies.

However: Moderation is limited and reactive, not proactive. We rely on user reports to identify problematic content. Absence of action on our part does not constitute approval or endorsement of content.

12. Reporting Issues

If you encounter advertising content that is fraudulent, misleading, or violates our Terms and Conditions, please report it to us at support@superabilityresources.com.

We will investigate all reports and take appropriate action, which may include removing content or suspending accounts.

13. Third-Party Advertising

SuperAbility Resources may display third-party advertisements from advertising networks. We have no control over the content of third-party ads and do not endorse any products, services, or companies advertised through third-party advertising networks.

14. No Refunds Based on Results

Because we cannot and do not guarantee results, no refunds will be issued based on lack of results, inquiries, bookings, or revenue.

15. Limitation of Liability

SuperAbility Resources, its owners, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any damages resulting from:

• Reliance on information in user-generated listings or advertisements
• Services received from providers found through our platform
• False, misleading, or inaccurate content posted by users
• Disputes between users and service providers
• Fraud, scams, or deceptive practices by service providers
• Harm, injury, or damages resulting from services obtained through the platform
• Financial losses from transactions with service providers
• Lack of results, inquiries, bookings, or revenue from advertising on the platform

You agree to hold SuperAbility Resources harmless from any claims arising from your use of the platform or your engagement with service providers found through the platform.

16. Your Acknowledgment

By creating a listing, purchasing verification, or using SuperAbility Resources, you acknowledge and agree that:

• You have read and understand this Advertising Disclaimer
• You understand that we are not responsible for user-generated content
• You understand that no results are guaranteed
• You accept full responsibility for verifying providers and their information
• You accept full responsibility for your business success or failure
• You will not hold SuperAbility Resources liable for lack of results

We may update this Advertising Disclaimer at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated disclaimer.
