Trust & Safety
Building a Safe Community for Families and Service Providers
Our Commitment to Safety
At SuperAbility Resources, safety is our top priority. We're committed to creating a trusted platform where families can confidently find qualified service providers, and where providers can safely connect with families in need of their services.
This page outlines our safety policies, best practices, and resources to help you stay safe while using our platform.
Our Verification System
SuperAbility Resources offers a three-tier verification system to help families identify providers who have verified their identity and credentials:
Standard Verification
Identity verification, business name confirmation, email and phone verification.
Gold Verification
Includes Standard plus license verification, certification confirmation, and enhanced vetting.
Diamond Verification
Includes Gold plus background check, insurance verification, and premium vetting.
Unverified Listings
Users who have not completed verification. Exercise extra caution and conduct thorough due diligence.
β οΈ Important Notice
Verification badges indicate that a provider has submitted documentation to us and passed our verification process. However, verification is not an endorsement or guarantee of service quality, competence, or safety.
All families should conduct their own thorough screening, background checks, and reference checks before engaging any service provider, regardless of verification status.
