  • Contact Support: Name, email, phone number, message content
  • Make a Purchase: Payment information (processed securely by Stripe - we do not store full card details)
  • Communicate with Others: Messages, inquiries, reviews, and ratings

2.2 Information Collected Automatically

When you use the Platform, we automatically collect certain information, including:

  • Device Information: IP address, browser type, device type, operating system
  • Usage Data: Pages visited, time spent on pages, clicks, search queries
  • Location Data: General location based on IP address (not precise GPS unless you grant permission)
  • Cookies and Tracking: See Section 7 below

We may receive information from third parties, such as:

  • Payment processors (Stripe)

Important: Do not include sensitive personal information in public listings or profiles. This information is visible to all Platform users and search engines.

When you contact a service provider or respond to an inquiry, we share the information necessary to facilitate communication (name, email, phone number, message content).

4.3 With Service Providers

We share information with third-party service providers who perform services on our behalf:

  • Payment Processing: Stripe (for payment processing)

9. Children's Privacy

The Platform is not intended for children under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 18. If you are under 18, please do not use the Platform or provide any personal information.

If we learn that we have collected personal information from a child under 18, we will delete that information as quickly as possible. If you believe we have collected information from a child under 18, please contact us at info@superabilityresources.com.

Note: While our Platform connects families with service providers for children with special needs, the Platform itself is intended for use by adults (parents, guardians, or service providers) who are 18 years or older.

The Platform may contain links to third-party websites or services that are not owned or controlled by SuperAbility Resources. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of these third parties.

Some browsers include a "Do Not Track" (DNT) feature that signals to websites that you do not want your online activities tracked. Currently, there is no industry standard for how to respond to DNT signals.

At this time, the Platform does not respond to DNT signals. We will update this Privacy Policy if we adopt a DNT policy in the future.

SuperAbility Resources is based in the United States. If you are accessing the Platform from outside the United States, please be aware that your information may be transferred to, stored, and processed in the United States or other countries where our service providers are located.

By using the Platform, you consent to the transfer of your information to countries outside your country of residence, which may have different data protection laws.
