SuperAbility Resources operates a strict NO REFUND policy for all verification fees, subscription payments, and premium services.
All sales are final. Once payment is processed, no refunds, credits, or exchanges will be issued under any circumstances.

By purchasing any service, verification tier, or subscription on SuperAbility Resources, you acknowledge and agree that all payments are non-refundable. This policy applies to all users, including service providers and families.
We strongly encourage you to carefully review the details of any purchase before completing your transaction. Once payment is processed, it cannot be reversed or refunded.
2. Non-Refundable Items & Services
The following purchases are non-refundable under all circumstances:

3. Why We Have a No Refund Policy
Our no refund policy exists for the following reasons:
- Immediate Service Delivery: Verification processing, background checks, and platform access begin immediately upon payment
- Third-Party Costs: We incur real costs for background checks, verification services, and payment processing that cannot be recovered
- Manual Review Process: Our team manually reviews and processes all verification applications, investing time and resources
- Platform Integrity: A no refund policy prevents abuse and ensures users are committed to legitimate use of our services
- Operational Sustainability: This policy allows us to maintain affordable pricing and continue improving the platform
4. Verification Denials
If Your Verification Application is Denied
If your verification application is denied due to inability to verify your credentials, incomplete documentation, or failure to meet requirements, no refund will be issued.
You will have the opportunity to resubmit your application with corrected or additional documentation at no extra charge (for the same verification tier).
Common Reasons for Denial:
- Inability to verify identity documents
- Invalid or expired professional licenses
- Inconsistent information provided
- Failure to respond to verification inquiries within required timeframe
- Background check flags or concerns
- Fraudulent or misleading information
Important: We will notify you of any issues and give you the opportunity to correct them before making a final denial decision. However, verification fees are non-refundable regardless of the outcome.
5. Cancellations & Account Closures
Voluntary Account Closure
If you choose to close your account or discontinue your listing for any reason, no refunds will be issued for any previous payments, including:
- Verification fees already paid
- Unused subscription time
- Premium listing fees
- Any other services purchased
Account Suspension or Termination
If your account is suspended or terminated by SuperAbility Resources for violation of our Terms and Conditions, Community Guidelines, or any policy, no refunds will be issued.
This includes but is not limited to:
- Fraudulent activity
- Violation of safety policies
- Harassment or abusive behavior
- Providing false information
- Breach of terms
6. Payment Processing Errors
Duplicate Charges
If you are accidentally charged multiple times for the same service due to a technical error, contact us immediately at support@superabilityresources.com.
We will investigate duplicate charges and issue a refund for any confirmed duplicate transactions within 10 business days.
Unauthorized Charges
If you notice an unauthorized charge on your account that you did not initiate, contact us immediately at support@superabilityresources.com and your bank or credit card company.
We will investigate all reports of unauthorized charges. If confirmed, we will work with you to resolve the issue and issue a refund if appropriate.
7. Limited Exceptions
The ONLY circumstances where refunds may be considered:
1. Platform Technical Failure: If SuperAbility Resources experiences a critical technical failure that prevents you from accessing paid services for more than 30 consecutive days, and we are unable to restore access, a prorated refund may be issued at our discretion.
2. Duplicate Payments: Confirmed duplicate charges due to payment processing errors (as described above).
3. Legal Requirements: Refunds required by law in your jurisdiction.
All refund requests must be submitted in writing to support@superabilityresources.com within 30 days of the original transaction. Refund decisions are made at the sole discretion of SuperAbility Resources management.
8. Chargebacks & Disputes
Filing a chargeback or payment dispute for a legitimate transaction is considered fraud and will result in immediate account termination.
If you file a chargeback or dispute a valid charge:
- Your account will be immediately suspended
- All listings and services will be removed
- Your verification status will be revoked
- You may be permanently banned from the platform
- We may pursue legal action to recover costs
If you have a legitimate concern about a charge, contact us first at support@superabilityresources.com before filing a dispute with your bank or credit card company.
9. Review Before You Purchase
To avoid any issues, please carefully review the following before completing any purchase:
- Service Details: Read the full description of what you're purchasing
- Pricing: Confirm the amount you'll be charged
- Requirements: Ensure you meet all requirements for verification or services
- Documentation: Have all required documents ready before starting verification
- Terms: Review our Terms and Conditions before completing purchase
- This Policy: Understand that all sales are final with no refunds
